Try This is a one-night showcase where creativity takes the lead. Brewers supply the beer. Amateur chefs supply the food. Together, they create one-of-a-kind pairings you won’t find anywhere else.

Some chefs are building dishes around specific beers. Others are collaborating directly with brewers. And in some cases, the chef and the brewer are one and the same. Each pairing will be unique, with results that range from surprisingly refined to wildly fun.
