The Beach Chalet Brewery & Restaurant will host a wine dinner with Hope Family Wines on Wednesday, August 12 beginning at 6:30 PM. Guests will be served a four-course seasonal menu from Executive Chef Jose Mendoza, paired with the bold, expressive wines of Hope’s flagship label, Austin Hope, while enjoying views of the Pacific Ocean. Hope representatives will be present to guide each pour. The prix fixe meal is priced at $130.00 per person excluding fees, tax, and gratuity. The Hope family has been farming in Paso Robles for more than thirty years, helping define one of California’s most celebrated winegrowing regions. From early days growing apples and grapes to now cultivating estate vineyards across Paso Robles, their focus has remained the same: low yields, mature vines, and wines that fully express the rugged Central Coast terroir.

 

For decades known for its contemporary and classic seafood-centric American fare, Beach Chalet is housed in a historic building that now serves as the Golden Gate Park Visitors’ Center at the park's western edge, fronting the ocean.
