Troquet On South Hosts Champagne & Caviar Tastings This April

Cost: $199 per guest, all inclusive

Troquet on South will host Champagne & Caviar Tastings during the weekend of April 10 and 11, 2026. Tastings are led by Chris Campbell (Troquet owner and sommelier) and Olga Kiseleva. The featured caviar is sourced by Wulf’s Fish, a Boston company that works with artisanal fishermen and farmers, and is devoted to sustainability and the health of the oceans.

Each guest will enjoy three glasses of Champagne, paired with a three-course caviar menu from Chef Aaron Lhamon. The full menu is available at troquetboston.com. Tickets are $199 per person all-inclusive, and guests must call ahead to purchase tickets.
