Press Release: Troquet on South unveils Sauvignon Blanc Dinners on May 1 and May 2

       

International Sauvignon Blanc Day is May 1! Troquet on South will host Sauvignon Blanc Dinners during the weekend of May 1 and 2, 2026. Tastings are led by Chris Campbell (Troquet owner and sommelier) and Olga Kiseleva. 

Each guest will enjoy six glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from different global regions, including New Zealand, Bordeaux, and Sancerre. Chef Aaron Lhamon will prepare a four-course dinner menu with a choice of options, including Ricotta Salad, Lemon Risotto, and a Cheese Tasting. The full menu is available at troquetboston.com. Tickets are $125 per person all-inclusive, and reservations are highly recommended.
