Tres Tempe Restaurant Honors Moms With Specials On Mother’s Day

On Sunday, May 12, Tres Restaurant in Tempe is celebrating moms with “Mother’s Day Market Brunch Specials.” In addition to the restaurant’s regular brunch menu, available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the following specials will be featured:

 

• Breakfast Sandwich with Southwest jalapeno cheddar toast, poblano cream cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, avocado, arugula and vine-ripened tomato, $13 
• Merguez Lamb Burger á la Fausto with spicy aioli, fried egg, double-smoked bacon and avocado, $15
• Banana French Toast featuring corn flake-crusted Noble Bread and caramelized banana fosters sauce, $14
• Local Field Greens Salad with cherry heirloom tomatoes, savory granola, Prairie Breeze white cheddar and white balsamic vinaigrette, $10
• Chicken Tinga Taco with avocado, citrus slaw, pico de gallo and El Valle manchego, $10
• Flatbreadwith arugula pesto, heirloom tomatoes, fontina and mozzarella cheese, balsamic onions and Mama Lil’s sweet peppers, $10
• The “Feast” featuring wood-roasted Scottish salmon, spinach and pear, wild mushroom duxelle, asparagus and chive beurre blanc, $48
