Do you struggle to find tasty, healthy food while traveling, camping, or backpacking? With good preparation, it doesn't have to be that way!
Gourmet Travel Food at the Ready!Whether in a hotel, a train car, a plane, or out in the wilderness, you do not need to be held hostage by mediocre meals and second rate snacks.
In This Class, You Will:
  • Enjoy a tasting party in which you get to sample nourishing scrumptious foods that can easily be prepared while traveling,
  • Learn techniques for preparing food that can be enjoyed while traveling or trekking,
  • Learn how to prepare delicious food suitable for trekking,
  • Learn a variety of recipes for dehydrated meals and snacks,
  • Learn tips and tricks from a master chef,
  • Learn techniques for culinary creativity, ingredient substitutions, and making food taste scrumptious without reliance on added salt, sugar, or fats,
  • Receive recipes for the dishes we make in class,
  • Enjoy connecting in community, and
  • Have a chance to get your questions answered.

Class Offered on a Donation Basis.

Eat for the Earth wants to make sure our events are accessible to all, regardless of income. Similar classes can cost $75 or more. In fact, we have even seen online gourmet plant-based dehydration courses for as much as $200! Please be as generous as you can so that we can continue providing quality education, support, and programs for dietary transformation.

Note: All foods created in this class are delicious and nourishing Whole Food Plant-Based, and SOS-Free (free of added salts, oils, and sugars). The exception is miso, which is offered as an optional ingredient.
