Toraya Bar: Cocktail Class

Cost: $125–$150

Step behind the bar at Toraya Bar for our first-ever Cocktail Studio Master Class—an intimate, hands-on experience where you'll learn the fundamentals of professional cocktail making alongside some of New York City's most accomplished bartenders.

Over the course of two hours, you'll create and enjoy three signature cocktails; One shaken cocktail, One stirred cocktail, and One Toraya signature cocktail, inspired by our current menu.

Along the way, you'll learn professional bartending techniques including shaking, stirring, proper dilution, balancing flavors, garnish preparation, and the fundamentals of building exceptional cocktails from scratch.

Your class is led by Alex Dominguez (former Head Bartender at Bar Calico and Beverage Director at The Lucky Tiger), who together bring decades of experience behind some of the city's most respected bars, and Matt Almodiel (formerly of Death & Co., Bathtub Gin, and Beverage Director across New York's cocktail scene)
