Tohono Chul Announces Jazz Under The Stars Concert Series Beginning OCT. 2

The weather is cooling down, but things are heating up at Tohono Chul this fall with the announcement of the garden’s Jazz Under the Stars concert series at the Garden Bistro. Taking place Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 8 p.m. beginning Friday, Oct. 2, Jazz Under the Stars invites guests to unwind beneath the stars with live jazz performances by local musicians, delicious food and handcrafted drinks amid the beauty of the gardens. The performance schedule is as follows:

Friday, Oct. 9 — Jazz Oasis with Bob Bauer

Saturday, Oct. 10 — Daniel “Sly” Slipetsky and Chelsee Hicks

Friday, Oct. 16 — Noethen but Jazz

Saturday, Oct. 17 — Thoger Lund Trio

Friday, Oct. 23 — EKG featuring Aria Ratcliff

Saturday, Oct. 24 — Redhouse Family Jazz Band

Friday, Oct. 30 — Liz Cracchiolo

Saturday, Oct. 31 — Max Goldschmid

Friday, Nov. 6 — Blue Dream Trio

Saturday, Nov. 7 — Brice Winston Jazz

Friday, Nov. 13 — Sarah Tolar

Saturday, Nov. 14 — Sheryl Ann McKinley

Friday, Nov. 20 — Tucson Modern Jazz

Saturday, Nov. 21 — Feliz Toralba Trio

Friday, Nov. 27 — A Jazz Trio

Saturday, Nov. 28 — Blue Skies Trio

 

General admission cost is $5 per person, per event. Admission is free for members. The main gardens will be closed during these events.
