Come join us at Proof Brewing Company for a night of fun and celebration of Florida shellfish. Florida clam and oyster farmers will be serving up delicious farm-raised clams and oysters raw, grilled and cooked to eat. Sip on Proof's limited edition Oyster Brew, meet new friends, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. This in-person event promises good vibes and great company in support of a good cause. The Florida Shellfish Aquaculture Association supports Florida clam and oyster farmers through advocacy and education. Our farmers grow fresh, local food, restore our marine ecosystems, and contribute to our coastal economies.
