Next, we’ll build a simple green salad with a traditional French vinaigrette, focusing on emulsification, seasoning, and the subtle art of letting acidity and fresh greens speak for themselves.
Our main course centers on a true comfort classic: truffle Alfredo. You’ll master the foundational techniques of cream reduction, pasta finishing, and layering flavor without overpowering the dish.
To finish, we’ll bake a fragrant lemon olive oil cake so delicious with bright citrus notes. While it cools, we’ll make fresh whipped cream!
