This year’s menu takes you on a global tasting tour with bites inspired by Basque and Portuguese flavors, Mediterranean favorites, Caribbean classics, Oaxaca and Central American street food, Bavarian comfort dishes, and Eastern Asian island-inspired favorites. Menu highlights include salted cod fritters with piri-piri aioli, beef carpaccio, chicken shawarma, conch ceviche, jerk chicken, carnitas arepas, beer brats on pretzel buns, lumpias, banh mi, Malaysian skewers, and more.
