We are thrilled to launch our brand-new dinner series, The Vineyard Table, to celebrate an exciting new chapter of food and wine experiences at the vineyard. This harvest season will be full of brand-new wines, delicious meals, and gathering around the table with friends and family.
Join us on the second Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM for a three-course menu crafted by Chef Tony and his team, designed to highlight seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and showcase the best of Maryland’s bounty. Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Black Ankle wine.
FEBRUARY MENU
Parker House Rolls served with Cultured Raw Honey Butter
1st Course: 2023 Luma Rose
Beef Tartare served with Citrus Marinated Celery, Fresh Horseradish, Black Pepper and Grilled Focaccia
Vegetarian Option: Beet Tartare

Pork Chop served with Roasted Potatoes, Sherry Roasted Onions, Pork Jus
Vegetarian Option: Roasted Chicken of the Woods Mushroom
