The Social Tasting Experience™ is an intimate, elevated culinary evening where food and culture move in rhythm.
Presented by Reva Constantine Events and created by Chef Reva Constantine, this thoughtfully curated tasting experience invites guests to explore layered flavor progressions through globally inspired small plates, crafted cocktails, and refined ambiance.
With seating intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and pacing, this experience is designed to foster conversation, creativity, and connection in a beautifully composed setting. Each guest begins with a signature tasting — Classic, Coastal, or Garden — featuring three curated small plates, a welcome glass of champagne, and one crafted cocktail. As flavors unfold, the evening moves in rhythm with live spoken word, a soulful vocalist, and a featured comedian, creating a layered fusion of cuisine and culture. Guests may also add additional tastings to personalize their culinary journey throughout the night.

And if you want to explore more of the menu, you can add another tasting to build your own progression of flavors.
Additional tastings must be purchased at checkout. No additional tasting tickets will be sold on-site. Drink tickets, however, will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Pomegranate-Braised Beef Cheek
Slow-braised and glazed with pomegranate molasses, served over a crisp jasmine rice cake with charred broccolini and sumac-pickled shallot.
Lemon Greek Pan-Roasted Chicken Thigh
Crisp-skinned chicken layered over purple carrot hummus with shaved cucumber and fresh dill.
Harissa Honey Glazed Wing
Caramelized harissa heat balanced with whipped feta and fresh mint.

Crispy Cod Slider
Golden cornmeal-crusted cod on toasted brioche with lemon–dill tartar, shaved lettuce, tomato confit, and pickled red onion.
Miso Roasted Salmon
Caramelized white miso glaze over tender roasted salmon, served atop silky white bean purée with scallion oil and toasted sesame.
Mediterranean Grilled Shrimp Bibb Wrap
Charred shrimp with cucumber–spicy tangerine olive relish and lemon yogurt, nestled in crisp Bibb lettuce.

7-Spice Roasted Baby Carrots
Deeply caramelized carrots with black sesame tahini and pistachio dukkah.
Curry-Roasted Cabbage
Charred cabbage over coconut sweet potato purée with toasted cashew,lime vinaigrette , chili oil and fresh herb salad.
Citrus & Roasted Beet Salad
Bright citrus and tender roasted beets with shaved fennel, mint, and cashew labneh.
The evening concludes with two warm house-baked cookies — sea salt chocolate chip and brown butter toffee — offered as a simple, thoughtful finish
