The Renaissance Rum Club

The Renaissance Rum Club is Rumhouse’s cultural home for rum — a place where history, craftsmanship, and flavor come together in a living celebration of Caribbean spirits. Created for curious drinkers and connoisseurs alike, the Club invites you to explore rum not just as a drink, but as an art form through guided tastings, educational masterclasses, and private dining experiences.

RUMHOUSE embraces rum’s rich culture and evolving spirit as a hub of the 21st-Century Rum Renaissance, and this Club is where that story comes to life.

Monthly Rum Masterclass Series

Fourth Thursday of each month | 7–9 PM

Led by Bar Manager Alan Denniberg — “Doctor of Rum” — each Masterclass is a true education in the spirit of rum. Evenings combine Caribbean rum history, production methods, and tasting technique with guided rum flights and three chef-selected small plates designed to complement each pour. Attendance is limited to 36 guests.

• Members may bring one guest for $45 (non-member price: $60)

Quarterly Members-Only Rum Dinners

Held the third Thursday of March, June, September, and December, these multi-course dinners feature complimentary rum cocktail pairings designed to complement each course. $120 per dinner (priced separately).

Members enjoy a personalized rum flight tasting board (with three-month commitment), early access to special events with a complimentary RUMHOUSE cocktail for you and one guest, a birthday or anniversary toast, special reserve bottle selections curated by our bar team, and 10% off reserve pours for you and up to three guests per visit.

Membership: $100 per month | Three-month commitment | Billed the second Monday of each month
