Join us in the Teaching Kitchen at Under-Study for a festive, hands-on pie making class. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll pick up essential pie-baking skills while celebrating the flavors of the season.
Chef Oliver will kick things off with a demonstration on rolling and lining pie dough, sharing tips for creating a light, flaky crust. He’ll feature two holiday favorites: pumpkin pie and cider-poached apple pie, and show you how to add those finishing touches with garnishing and crimping techniques that make every pie look (and taste) special.
Then it’s your turn. Each guest will mix their own pie dough from scratch to take home and bake just in time for the holidays.
Along the way, Chef Oliver will share the story of pie making and spark your holiday baking with plenty of creative ideas. We’ll raise a glass of Schramsberg Sparkling Wine to celebrate the season before you roll up your sleeves and get baking. You’ll head home with buttery new skills, fresh inspiration, and pies destined to be the star of your holiday table.
