Led by clinical hypnotherapist Amy Arvary, this intimate evening blends a beautiful meal, meaningful conversation, and a calming presence experience that leaves you feeling clear, grounded, and renewed.

The Mindful Meal Experience is a 90-minute guided dining experience designed to help you slow down, connect, and fully enjoy both the meal and the people around the table.
This is not a lecture and not therapy. It’s a thoughtfully hosted shared dinner with simple prompts, a calming guided presence experience, and meaningful conversation woven naturally into the evening.
You’ll be seated at one long table with just 10 guests, creating a warm and personal atmosphere.
Many guests attend on their own. Others come with a partner or friend. Both feel natural here.
The MealDinner is served family-style, encouraging connection and conversation as the table shares the experience together.
Your ticket includes:
• the full shared meal
• one glass of house wine or beer
• or soda, coffee, tea, espresso, or cappuccino
Additional beverages may be purchased separately if desired.
Because the meal is shared family-style, dietary substitutions are limited.
The Experience FlowDuring the evening, you’ll experience:
• a candlelit opening moment to arrive and set a personal intention
• a relaxed shared meal paced intentionally
• gentle guided presence exercises through a discreet listening system
• optional conversation prompts that deepen connection naturally
