Perfect for first-time guests, our 3 hours Experience is an intimate journey through the flavors, stories, and traditions of Egypt. Set in our sustainable backyard sanctuary, the evening begins with a guided garden tour where you discover ingredients growing on-site before settling into the gazebo and dining space. Each course is personally introduced by Chef Noura, who shares the history, healing spices, and cultural significance behind every dish. This immersive culinary journey highlights include our legendary “Forbidden Soup” Molokhia, gold-wrapped homegrown Dolma, and slow-roasted duck, alongside other dishes inspired by Egypt’s rich culinary heritage.
