Join us in learning the Sommelier's Deductive Tasting Grid, the professional framework used to evaluate and identify wines blind. Through guided tastings and expert instruction, you'll sharpen your palate, build wine knowledge confidence, and discover the techniques sommeliers use to uncover a wine's origin, grape variety, and style. Each wine will be paired with a selection of charcuterie to enhance your tasting experience.
