• Lobster Meal guests may also take advantage of reserved seating areas overlooking Lake Michigan with Games, DJ Music & Activations.

Once you secure a Lobster Meal Experience, ticketholders may take advantage of our most popular "add-on" items at discount pricing. Choose from five options including additional Whole Lobsters, Large Lobster Rolls, Lobster Bisque, Additional Drinks, or Festival T Shirts; and enhance your lobster fest experience! A Lobster Meal (for either day) must be added to your cart (first) to unlock the add-ons.

• Lobster Meal ticketholders will have an exclusive meal pick-up zone, separate from all other day-of food purchase tents.
• Our live lobster will be flown in fresh from the East Coast by Lobster Gram (our official seafood provider). Additionally, the fest will feature an array of seafood selections, non-seafood items, other exciting food vendors, snacks, sweets, and vegetarian options. Yes, you may simply attend The Great American Lobster Fest (FREE) and purchase a la carte items there.
• Live Music Performances will be featured on the main Navy Pier Beer Garden Stage throughout each afternoon and into the evening. DJ music will be provided in reserved seating and meal pick-up areas with prime Air & Water Show and Lake Michigan + city skyline views.

All tickets are sold separately and non-refundable. Please Note: Lobster Meal Sessions are sold with specific timing for optimum seafood and service. Please adhere to your sessions dates and times of purchase. You must redeem your meal token and lobster entrée before closure of each session time.

This is a popular food festival. Based on weather and high attendance, food provisions may run out in the final hours of the festival.

In the event whole lobster run out of inventory, the festival may substitue a Large Lobster Roll as your main entree at festival discretion and/or if quantity or quality is not to festival standards.

Pre-sale lobster orders may expire at any time. Remaining orders may then be available at festival food tents each day of the fest. Drink selections are subject to availability. Festival reserves the right to refuse service for any patron, for any reason at festival discretion. Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Customers consuming alcohol and festival food is at their own risk. Festival is not responsible for any illness, death, or allergy related issues regarding consumption of shellfish or any other food and beverage served at The Great American Lobster Fest.
