This tasting explores how different grapes express themselves through aroma, structure, and flavor, and how growing conditions and winemaking choices shape those expressions. You will learn how to recognize varietal character, compare styles, and identify what you enjoy without relying on ratings or rules. Expect a focused, classroom-style experience that encourages thoughtful tasting and deeper confidence in your preferences.
