The Flavor Series: "SWEET" Cheeses

Say Cheese! Every Thursday night for the month of August we will feature cheeses that are often described using some well-known cheese flavor descriptors. We're continuing this series with a more niche request: SWEET! This class will feature cheeses with sweet elements & our expert cheesemonger will explain some of the science behind these flavors and how this term can mean many things when it comes to cheese. We will be tasting 5 cheeses that we think you'll like if you find yourself saying this word at our counter or have a sweet tooth!

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
