Join us Thursdays (and one Wednesday) evenings in May to welcome the arrival of spring with a seasonal cheese tasting series.
During this hour long class, we will sample four cheeses from a tasting menu that our resident cheesemonger Jonathan Jensen has expertly designed with seasonal ingredients in mind.
From the grassty pastures of North East Wisconsin to the floral mountain slopes of the Swiss Alps, join us for a cheese tasting experience that is as expansive and floral as spring itself.
