Events by Dubsdread invites you to The Caymus Dinner Experience – an intimate five-course dinner where each dish has been crafted around a Caymus wine, from the first bright sip of Emmolo Sparkling No. 9 to the final, lingering pour of a Caymus-Suisun "The Walking Fool" Red Blend Spritz.

Think seared scallop over southern collard greens. Duck breast with blood orange gastrique. Venison tenderloin alongside duck fat–confit chanterelle mushrooms. A finale of poached pear cake with mascarpone cream. Each course a study in contrast and harmony – and each glass chosen to bring it to life.

This is an evening for slowing down, for savoring, for the kind of conversation that only happens over a truly beautiful meal.

Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase Caymus wines directly from the distributor at the close of the evening.
