Join us for an immersive evening that brings you closer to the craft—and the creators—behind every bottle. The experience begins with a welcome reception alongside our winemakers.

From there, guests will step into the role of winemaker during an interactive blending competition. Guided by our team, you’ll experiment, taste, and collaborate to create your own unique blend. The stakes are deliciously high—the winning team’s creation will be selected to be poured during dinner, giving you the rare opportunity to share your wine with the room.

The evening continues with an intimate dim sum dinner, where our winemakers join you at the table. Each wine is thoughtfully selected and accompanied by stories, insights, and behind-the-scenes perspectives that deepen your appreciation for the wines in your glass.
