A pastry chef with 16 + years of experience, Gunel Mammadkhanova graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in 2018-2019. She has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, mastering fine pastry techniques. Today, she specializes in baked goods and traditional Azerbaijani sweets, blending heritage with modern craftsmanship.
