This October, The Art of Dining comes to Arts Alley with an exclusive evening celebrating the flavors of the season.

Executive Chef Jeff Martin invites you to experience a refined multi-course tasting menu inspired by the flavors of the season, thoughtfully composed to showcase fall through an elevated culinary lens. Throughout the evening, we will guide guests through a curated selection of pairings, each chosen to complement the menu and enhance the progression of the dining experience.

Throughout the evening, Chef Jeff will introduce each course and share the inspiration behind the menu, giving guests a closer look at the creativity and thought that goes into every plate. Each course can also be accompanied by a carefully selected pairing chosen to complement the flavors of the dish.

Pear Three Ways
Spinach & arugula, spiced pear vinaigrette, pear & pecan, whipped goat cheese, red wine-poached pear

Seared Sea Scallops
Brown butter, butternut squash succotash, ginger maple
Paired with: Heather Chardonnay

Third Course
Duck Confit
Confit leg of duck, whipped sweet potato, rosemary blueberry jam
Paired with: LAF Pinot Noir

Fourth Course
Pumpkin Pie Tarte Tatin
Caramelized brown sugar pumpkin, maple-spiced whipped cream
Paired with: Tito’s Handmade Vodka Pumpkin Espresso Martini

The Art of Dining is your chance to experience a tasting menu created exclusively for one evening, enjoy each course as it arrives, discover a new favorite pairing, and spend the night doing what dinner should be all about - eating well and enjoying the people around you.

Choose Your Experience:

Two ticket options are available: Dinner with Speciality Pairings for the complete food and wine experience, or Dinner Only for guests who would prefer to enjoy the full menu without the pairings. You must be 21+ to partake in the pairings.

The Art of Dining will take place in The Main Venue, located on the second floor of Arts Alley in downtown Concord.

Please Note: The Art of Dining features a thoughtfully curated set menu designed to be enjoyed as presented. Menu modifications and substitutions are not available, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions for this experience.

Parking is available at the Capital Commons Garage, located directly across the street on 75 Storrs Street, and is recommended for guest convenience. Limited street parking is also available near the venue.
