For one night only, VOM FASS Maplewood transforms into the most delicious classroom you’ve ever stepped into, as Meredith Sutch leads a playful, palate‑pleasing journey through the ABC’s of Italy. This isn’t your average study session. The night’s curriculum features the heavy hitters:

• A is for Amarone — the rich, powerful, dried‑grape masterpiece of Valpolicella
• B is for Barolo and Brunello** — two iconic expressions of Nebbiolo and Sangiovese, each with its own swagger
• C is for Chianti — Tuscany’s timeless, food‑loving classic

Meredith brings the stories, the regions, the producers, and the insider knowledge that make Italy’s greatest wines feel approachable, exciting, and downright fun. Each wine is paired with beautifully crafted bites from the VOM FASS kitchen, turning every letter into a lesson worth savoring.

Tickets are just $60/person and you'd be hard pressed to find this much food and wine for a better price at a restaurant. Seating is also limited! We have 24 seats available for our fellow wine lovers, but when those are gone... they're gone!

Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
