Thanksgiving Buffet At CAVA

Cost: $39-$99

CAVA at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa will serve a Thanksgiving buffet featuring traditional holiday fare alongside seafood, sushi and seasonal specialties. Offerings will include seafood chowder, fresh salads, oysters, spice-poached shrimp, crab legs and sushi, as well as poke bowls with salmon, tofu or ahi tuna. Carving stations will feature herb-roasted turkey with sage gravy and cranberry sauce, honey-glazed ham, roasted prime rib and herb-broiled Atlantic salmon. Traditional sides will include cornbread stuffing, sweet potato casserole, green bean almondine and honey-rosemary glazed carrots. A children’s menu will offer macaroni and cheese, pizza and chicken teriyaki skewers. Desserts will include pumpkin, pecan and apple pies, pumpkin and cognac cheesecake, chocolate fudge cake, red velvet crepe tacos, a donut wall and chocolate fountain.

Pricing: $99 for adults, including a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or hot chocolate; $39 for children ages 5-10; children 4 and younger dine free with an adult buffet purchase. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
