Tequila School is Back!
After a one-year sabbatical, Tequila School returns to Whistle Pig University for an unforgettable evening of flavor, education, and community.
Join us on Thursday, May 7, for a fully immersive experience featuring a curated dinner from Chef Dani, a guided tequila tasting, and a special cocktail menu from our friends at the Agave Lounge.
Your evening begins with dinner service:
6:00 PM – Welcome Course
Elote Flatbread with Guajillo Chili Drizzle
(Our take on a favorite from the Agave Lounge)
6:30 PM – Main Course
Creamy Poblano Chicken over Cachapa
served with black beans and rice
Dessert
Tres Leches Cake with Reposado Caramel Sauce

At 7:00 PM, we raise a glass with a welcome toast of our house tequila before beginning the guided tasting experience.
Instructor Josh Howard, fresh off judging at both the Denver International Spirits Competition and the Tequila Mezcal Challenge, will lead you through the evening’s curriculum.

In addition, we’ve selected two extra pours to broaden your palate and deepen the experience.
