WHY YOU WILL LOVE ATTENDING A TASTING:

“Experiencing chocolate with Karla is so much more than just eating craft chocolate with friends! She meticulously curated the samples to really showcase the contrasts and unique qualities of each bar. She was extremely knowledgeable, yet approachable, as she guided our group in experiencing the chocolate. Highly recommend!

-Cheryl N.

“Karla’s classes are so fun! They’re a great combination of fun, delicious chocolate, great varieties, and education from her chocolate expertise! Highly recommend.”

-Matthew T.

“So fun! Absolutely worth it! A group of my old high school friends hired Karla to lead a chocolate-tasting experience via Zoom. I never imagined that something could be so engaging and interactive in a virtual space! Karla brings passion and enthusiasm as well as an impressive knowledge of the history of cacao. (I told her she should write a dissertation on chocolate.) I saved a few samples to share with my family and led my own little chocolate-tasting session the next day. I was amazed at how much I'd learned! And I've definitely discovered some new favorite brands of chocolate. 10/10!”

-Erica G.
