Saturday’s tasting table showcases two whites with what we like to call “minerality,” but in two very different flavor profiles and textures. The reds both deliver generous fruit, but with wildly different weights and textures. And then there’s a wine that has the heft of a red, the refreshment value of a white, and a color that reminds you of springtime – all for $10 off! Join us Saturday from noon-4pm to try:

De Angelis Falerio DOC Bianco 2024 – From the coast of the Marche, fresh lime juice aromas and flavors giving nice lift to crunchy pineapple and apricot and a gentle, stony, minerality at the end. It's a lovely solo sipper and will shine with all kinds of seafood or anything fried!

Alta Maria Vineyards Chardonnay Santa Maria Valley 2021 - What a delicious value in ripe, moderately oaked, super-drinkable, California Chardonnay. As WE said in the 91 point review, "zesty with lemon peel and rounded in pineapple and white flower flavors."

Dom de l'Olivette Bandol Rose 2024 – With Tavel, Bandol is one of the few pink wines that often improves in bottle. This has the concentration to act like a red and the summery refreshment to get your thoughts turned to spring.

Love & Squalor Pinot Noir Willamette Valley Garageland 2023 – Excellent value in right down the middle Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. The whole valley is represented here, with fruit from Cascade Foothills, Corvallis, Carlton, Amity and Laurelwood, all aged in old oak.

Dom Grand Veneur Cotes du Rhone Les Champauvins 2022 – The best-selling Cotes du Rhone in store history, now $10 off per bottle by the case. Not much more to say about this delicious, 92 point, “baby Chateauneuf du Pape.”
