For ages 18 & up

Taking a few moments of quality time to connect over tapas is a treasured Spanish tradition, and one we’re always happy to take part in! During class, you’ll learn how to make classic tapas dishes that celebrate iconic ingredients of Spain, like ham, seafood, and Spanish olive oil as you master techniques like the art of flipping the perfect Spanish tortilla and frying crispy ham croquettes.

Pick up tips to host your own tapas night and bring in the flavors of Barcelona’s bustling tapas bars for easy entertaining at home. At the end of class you’ll get to sit back and enjoy the tapas you’ve made in class.

You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy sangría paired with your meal.

• Tortilla de Patatas (layered frittata-like omelet with potato and egg)

• Croquetas de Jamón (ham croquettes)

• Gambas al Ajillo (shrimp with garlic)

• Albondigas (pork and beef meatballs with gravy)

• Sangría

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
