Executive Chef Steven Cady and a special guest chef will collaborate on a thoughtfully curated menu, with each course paired to exceptional selections from Banfi. The full culinary lineup will be unveiled soon.
The evening begins with Banfi Vintage Brut 2020 from Piemonte, followed by San Angelo Pinot Grigio and Chianti Classico Riserva from Toscana. Guests will then enjoy Brunello di Montalcino and conclude with the bold and elegant Summus, creating a seamless progression throughout the night.
