Hosted by Wine Director Philippe Newlin, this guided tasting explores six distinctive wines from Spain’s Mediterranean edge, showcasing the region’s diverse landscapes, native varieties, and winemaking traditions.

Discover Catalan whites, Priorat and Levante reds, alongside the unique wines of Mallorca made from native grapes like Mantonegro and Callet. From the rugged coast of mainland Spain to Mallorca’s volcanic island terroir, experience the vibrant character of Mediterranean Spain one glass at a time.

Gather around our communal Table 500 for an interactive tasting designed for wine lovers of all experience levels. With only 14 seats available, the intimate setting invites conversation, questions, and discovery.
