About Anjar Chocolate: Anjar Chocolates is a small artisan brand rooted in a deep reverence for the craft of fine chocolate-making, where quality is never left to chance. Every bar is created with intention—carefully selecting premium ingredients and applying precise, time-honored techniques to achieve exceptional flavor, texture, and finish. In contrast to mass production, Anjar embraces a slower, more thoughtful approach, ensuring each batch reflects true craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Founded by chocolatier Bruno, Anjar is inspired by a rich family legacy in confectionery that began nearly a century ago. After formal training in French Chocolate and Confectionery Arts at École Ducasse, Bruno brought his passion and expertise to Austin, where he established his chocolate factory and shop. During this experience, guests will gain insight into Anjar’s philosophy and process, learn essential techniques like chocolate tempering, and hear directly from the maker about the artistry, tradition, and innovation behind every bar.
