This special dinner brings together the best of both worlds, allowing you to enjoy rich, seasonal winter seafood as sushi and as shabu-shabu in a single course.After the overwhelming response last year, we are delighted to offer this event again.This year’s menu is planned to feature Matsuba crab, Kue (longtooth grouper), Kinmedai, and shirako, among other winter highlights.To finish, enjoy a luxurious truffle rice porridge, prepared in the deeply flavorful broth created by the shabu-shabu ingredients.
