My brother and I had a fantastic time! The attendees were split into two. First group (half of each pair) followed Chef Melanie’s steps to making rolls. This allowed all of the partners to take photos and take in the information. Then the groups swapped and the individuals initially receiving the lesson, were now the ones behind the camera taking photos and supporting, some laughing, at/with the other half of their group.It was a lot of fun. Chef Melanie was prepared with the premade rice mounds, nori, sliced tuna, cucumbers, and avocados. The evening went smoothly. Would love to do this again with another family member.
