Roll, create, and have fun in the kitchen! Join Chef Janet for a fun, hands-on sushi-making experience where you’ll learn how to make sushi completely from scratch. Each step will be broken down and demonstrated so you can confidently recreate your favorite sushi at home.

Learn the techniques behind preparing and rolling sushi while working with a variety of fresh ingredients. Chef Janet will teach you sushi-making techniques you can use for your own sushi nights, and you’ll have the opportunity to create your own variety of delicious sushi rolls.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable for individually purchased tickets.

For groups of 5–10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit toward a future class or event.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Cooking with Cass cancels or reschedules an event, guests will be contacted using the phone number or email provided at registration and offered an appropriate refund or credit.

While we are unable to offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests are always welcome to send someone in their place.
