I would absolutely take another class with Chef Pao! I have taken quite a few cooking classes in different set ups and this was hands down my favorite. The smaller class size and intimate home setting really allows you to ask questions, get to know your chef and the techniques being used, all while getting to do everything yourself without the usual hustle and bustle you tend to get in larger classes or those being hosted in bigger store settings. He offers a huge variety of classes, some of these are seasonal so I will be keeping a look out for those as well.
