Sushi Aozora X Chef Gang Collaboration Extension

As a result of construction delays at our new restaurant location, Sushi Aozora will extend its collaboration with the Chef Gang pop-up, following an overwhelmingly positive response and strong public demand.

Chef Gang, a distinguished protégé of Yoshida-san of Yoshino, continues this partnership as both strive toward Michelin-star excellence. The engagement will begin on January 29, 2026, and will continue until the new restaurant location is ready, with limited seatings available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Guests will be presented with an exceptional 18-course Edomae-style omakase priced at $235, with an optional sake pairing. Each sake has been meticulously selected to complement the progression of the menu, highlighting Chef Gang’s refined technique alongside Sushi Aozora’s curated premium sake collection.
