Summer Solstice is the official start of the season series! Nothing says summer like fragrant herbs, good food, and eating under the open sky. Our fresh menu is inspired by the feeling of childhood freedom that summer brings in this relaxed demo + tasting.

Sunset at the Root: Summer Sauces is a golden hour farm to table tasting experience at The Root 66 Garden -seasonal, sustainable, and designed with your nutrition in mind. Watch three fresh herb sauces come to life using ingredients harvested right here at the garden, taste each one paired with a course, and leave with recipes you will reach for all summer long.

These sauces are endlessly versatile. Once you make them you will put them on everything.

This is a tasting experience - satisfying and seasonal, not a full dinner. But you will not leave hungry.

The Evening:

Arrive at 5:30 PM and sign in. Take in the outdoor air and setting, the fragrant herbs on the table. Walk the garden, enjoy the music and the colorful sky. Begin to take your seat at the red picnic tables.

Demo at 6:00 PM

Three Courses:

The demo will be led by Brandi Jaramillo of Sunbalanced Nutrition. This 3 course tasting will be a delicious surprise to all of us as we show how to uplevel any meal with sauces created with what you already have onhand. We will let the garden lead our menu!

To close the evening, intentional + organic sweet treats by Earthen Bites.
