Chef Tony will be curating a four-course menu inspired by the land, sea, and age-old traditions of this pastoral region. Expect standout ingredients like Zafferano dell’Aquila (saffron from Navelli), Pecorino Abruzzese (local sheep’s milk cheese), and a showcase of lamb sourced from Stemple Creek Ranch.
To complement the meal, Each course has a thoughtfully paired indigenous Abruzzese wine, highlighting the region’s bold, rustic character.
