Join us for a special evening as we journey off the beaten path to the heart of Italy’s hidden gem—Abruzzo. Nestled between the rugged peaks of the Gran Sasso and the shimmering Adriatic coast.
Chef Tony will be curating a four-course menu inspired by the land, sea, and age-old traditions of this pastoral region. Expect standout ingredients like Zafferano dell’Aquila (saffron from Navelli), Pecorino Abruzzese (local sheep’s milk cheese), and a showcase of lamb sourced from Stemple Creek Ranch.
To complement the meal, Each course has a thoughtfully paired indigenous Abruzzese wine, highlighting the region’s bold, rustic character.
