We’ll explore how nuanced umami, delicate sweetness, and layered aromas in sake beautifully complement single-origin chocolates, curated by expert chocolatiers. Each pairing is hand-selected to reveal the surprising harmony between two seemingly distant worlds... brewed rice and roasted cacao.
