Gather as Rain Dance Vineyards hosts an unforgettable evening in the Hazelnut Hill Vineyard celebrating the Pacific Northwest tradition of a salmon bake with a rare-access barrel sample tasting of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from renowned vintners.
Beneath the canopy of oak trees and beside the vineyard, the evening will begin with an al fresco tasting of the 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir as you watch salmon being roasted over the fire. Archery Summit, Beaux Frères, Domaine Drouhin Oregon, Dusky Goose, Elk Cove Vineyards, Nysa, Open Claim, Penner-Ash Wine Cellars, Ponzi Vineyards, Winderlea and Rain Dance Vineyards will each pour their exclusive ¡Salud! Cuvée, a special bottling created in support of healthcare for vineyard stewards.
From there, the evening shifts to the vineyard for a dramatic, open-fire salmon bake. The Rain Dance winery team will roast wild salmon on alder stakes over a live fire, creating a dramatic and time-honored preparation that pairs beautifully with Pinot Noir.
Dinner will be served family-style among the vines, with a menu highlighting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Throughout the evening, enjoy single-vineyard, estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with special selections and library wines from each of the wineries.
At $500 per couple, it's a one-of-a-kind night of exceptional wine, locally sourced food, and a cause worth raising a glass for!
