Summer Wine Dinner 2026

Some say it's Memorial Day, others when school is out, but at Genisa, we know Summer is here when tomatoes, corn, and other great produce become available in Wisconsin!
Join us on August 3rd for our Summer 2026 Wine Dinner featuring great produce, fresh seafood, and delicious Italian wines! We'll be serving five great courses paired beautifully with a hand-selected wine and presented by our great friend Nathan Cox at Sellect Sellars. In the kitchen, the chefs have been working closely with the farmers and have put together a wonderful menu that will feature the best Wisconsin summer produce.
Limited seating available. Advance reservations required. Gratuity & optional additional beverages are not included. Seating is assigned; if you’d like to sit with friends purchasing separately, please let us know and we will happily accommodate. The bar opens at 5:45 and dinner will begin promptly at 6:30.
