Together, we will taste through three teas, exploring their origins, aromas, flavor profiles, and unique stories. This guided experience invites guests to slow down, engage the senses, and deepen their appreciation for tea.
Featured Teas:
Shaken Iced Hojicha
Produced in Japan, this tea offers a dynamic perspective on powdered tea. Crafted from Hojicha—a traditional roasted green twig tea—it delivers warm, nutty notes with hints of chocolate and coffee.
Cold-Brew Sobacha
Organically grown in Hokkaido from dattan buckwheat, a sweeter and more nutrient-dense variety, this caffeine-free infusion evokes flavors of honey-nut cereal, candied chestnuts and graham crackers, finishing with a full yet balanced sweetness.
Gongfu-Style Gyokuro
Known as "jade dew," Gyokuro is one of Japan's most celebrated green teas. Shade-grown before harvest, it offers a rich, savory cup with bittersweet notes of ocean air and fresh greens, culminating in a lingering umami-filled finish.
An accompanying sweet will be served during the tasting.
