Local Event
Join us at Vinifera for a guided tasting of four summer rosés, each selected to showcase the bright, refreshing style that makes rosé a seasonal favorite.
Rosé is known for its balance of fresh fruit, crisp acidity, and easy elegance. It can be light and delicate, dry and mineral-driven, or soft and fruit-forward, depending on the region and varietals behind the bottle. This tasting is designed to explore those differences while offering a relaxed, approachable experience for guests who want to sip, compare, and enjoy.
Throughout the tasting, you’ll sample four rosés with their own distinct personality:
Elk Cove Rosé
Fresh and expressive with notes of strawberry, watermelon, and white flowers, rounded out by a creamy texture and bright acidity.
Père & Fils Rosé
A dry, refreshing blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Aix-en-Provence, France, featuring notes of white cherry, raspberry, and citrus with a savory mineral finish.
Summer Water Rosé
A pale pink blend of Grenache and Syrah with a light-bodied, easy-drinking profile and notes of strawberry, pink grapefruit, and white peach.
Campo Viejo Rosé
Made from Garnacha, this rosé offers notes of cherry, strawberry, and citrus with a crisp, dry finish.
This tasting is a great opportunity to explore a range of rosé styles, whether you already love rosé or are searching for a new favorite to enjoy all summer long. Expect a welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully selected wines, and an afternoon built around good conversation and great pours.
Space is limited, so we recommend reserving your spot early.
