The Chef team at Obélix is drawing inspiration from the French Canadian Maple Harvest--for a one night only tasting menu hosted by Le Bouchon. We'll be creating a 5 course tasting menu, in which each dish will pay homage to the timeless tradition of Canadian Sugar Shacks. Our team will be taking over Le Bouchon on Sunday March 30th for a limited seating experience.
