Tenuta di Nozzole “Le Bruniche” Toscana Chardonnay | Tuscany, Italy
The vines for Le Bruniche grow on one of the estate’s highest hillsides, where excellent sun exposure and limestone and marl soils help to maintain an optimal ground temperature. Le Bruniche grapes are gently pressed and the juice is cold settled. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and stays on the lees for about three months. Malolactic fermentation is in stainless steel tanks and the wine is aged at least two months in bottle before release, with no oak contact. 100% unoaked Chardonnay.

Tramari Rosé di Primitivo Salento | Apulia, Italy
Created ‘between the seas’ (in Italian, “Tra I Mari”) Tramari Rosé is an elegant and light rosé, sophisticated yet casual, born in the sunshine of the Salento summers. Our flowers and a saline note on the palate that bring us back to the jagged and sandy coast. Made entirely from Primitivo grapes. Soft pink, hints of cherry and raspberry.

Pala Soprasole Vermentino di Sardegna | Sardinia, Italy
The Soprasole is airy and fresh with a nuanced blend of young peaches, chamomile and dusty dried flowers. It opens with a pleasant inner sweetness, saline minerals and hints of sour citrus carried across oily textures. It finishes perfumed and long, leaving ground ginger and lime lingering.
