Get ready for an extraordinary evening with one of San Antonio’s most exciting culinary stars — Chef Mary Lou Davis, the celebrated San Antonio chef who rose to national fame as the runner-up on Season 19 of everyone's favorite culinary competition Hell’s Kitchen.

Now back in her hometown, Davis is bringing her considerable talent, creativity and vibrant personality to the St. Paul Square Dinner Club for one very special evening. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, Davis has built a reputation for imaginative, deeply satisfying food rooted in Southern comfort while drawing inspiration from her travels and a world of global flavors.

Today, Davis is putting that experience into her private chef practice, creating unforgettable dining experiences in the comfort of her clients’ homes, while also offering customized meal preparation and diet plans.

And now, she’s bringing that same personal approach to the table for us.

THE DINNER

Chef Mary Lou will create an exclusive multi-course dinner especially for the St. Paul Square Dinner Club. Expect her signature combination of Southern soul, creative flair and globally inspired flavors — the kind of food that is both comforting and completely unexpected.

Corn velouté, Cheeto dust, pickled jalapeños

Cheddar grits, Big Red–pickled onions, roasted bone marrow, grilled summer squash, coffee-kissed broth

Lace cream, toffee tuile, candied pecan crumble, brûléed peach

BEVERAGE NOTE

Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Guests are also welcome to BYOB and bring their favorite wine, beer or other spirits to enjoy with dinner. Mixers available for purchase as well.
